What is Pixel Kingdom Wars?
A browser pixel base-builder and PvP strategy game on Solana, currently in closed alpha. You mine shards, refine them into Pixel Kingdom Gold at the Gold Forge, raise a fortified keep across 20 levels, build seven kinds of defence, train an army of eleven troop types, and raid rival kingdoms in deterministic, server-resolved battles.
How do I get access?
Apply with the form above. Approved players receive a one-time invite code by email; redeem it at your first login — with any Solana wallet, or by signing in with Google, X, or email — and your account is granted access.
Does the closed alpha cost anything?
No. The alpha runs on Solana devnet, so on-chain actions use devnet SOL — free from public faucets. Nothing in the alpha costs real money and nothing in it has monetary value. Participation is about testing the game, not rewards.
What does "Solana devnet" mean?
Devnet is Solana's test network. During the closed alpha, all on-chain actions use devnet SOL and devnet tokens, which are free and have no monetary value. Progress and balances may be reset before later phases — that's part of what alpha means.
How do raids stay fair?
Every battle runs on an authoritative server using a deterministic simulation. The same inputs always produce the same replay, so there's no client-side cheating and no random coin-flips deciding your siege.
Do I need a crypto wallet to start?
Any Solana wallet works — or sign in with Google, X, or email and the game creates a wallet for you automatically. Applying needs no wallet at all; your invite code is redeemed at first login.
What is a Land Deed?
Your base's identity as a living NFT on Solana. Its portrait is a real render of your actual base, and its traits — keep level, buildings, land size, founding date — update as you play. The deed is the kingdom; your balances, army, and progress stay yours.
What are Warzone days?
Timed shieldless windows — every weekend, plus occasional unannounced ones — when loss-protection shields fall and kingdoms become open to attack. The highest-stakes, highest-reward period in the game.
