This page covers everything around your base: the Quest Board that pays SHARDS for playing, referral codes that bring friends in, the inbox, global chat, notifications, and where clans, profiles and leagues stand. Quests and chat are open to everyone; clans are the one feature here that is not open yet.

The game runs on Solana devnet: any SOL or KEEP you see is test-net money with no real value.

Quick facts

  • Quests pay SHARDS, never KEEP. All 50 daily quests are live every UTC day, plus one weekly quest and, for a new base, a first-run chain.
  • Claim any 3 dailies in a day for a +25 SHARDS bonus; the weekly quest pays 100 SHARDS.
  • You do not need land to do quests.
  • Your referral code looks like KEEP-XXXXX. Each qualified, active friend adds +0.5% to your mining.
  • Mail comes only from the game or the team; reward mail expires 30 days after delivery.
  • Global chat: everyone can read; posting needs a username and a Land Deed. Messages disappear after 7 days.
  • Clans are COMING SOON. You cannot found or join one yet.

Quest Board

The Quest Board with daily quests, their SHARDS rewards and CLAIM buttons
Fig. 1The Quest Board.

The board has three sections — the first-run chain, the weekly quest and the dailies. Days and weeks run on UTC.

  • First-run chain: onboarding quests for a new base, one live at a time. They never count toward the daily bonus.
  • Daily: all 50 daily quests are live every day. There is no rotation; do as many as you like.
  • Weekly: one weekly quest per week, picked from a pool of 5. Every weekly pays 100 SHARDS.

Progress is tracked automatically. When a quest is complete, tap CLAIM. You cannot claim a quest twice in its period.

The first-run chain

QuestReward (SHARDS)
BUILD AN ARMY CAMP15
BUILD A MINE15
BUILD A BARRACKS15
TRAIN YOUR FIRST ARMY25
CLAIM YOUR LAND30
WIN YOUR FIRST RAID20

Build steps tick when construction finishes, TRAIN YOUR FIRST ARMY when your first camp is full of trained troops, CLAIM YOUR LAND when your land payment is credited, and WIN YOUR FIRST RAID when a raid ends with at least one star.

Daily bonus

The board says CLAIM ANY 3 · BONUS +25. The claim that brings your day's daily claims to 3 also pays the bonus, once per UTC day.

Several bases

Quest progress is tracked per base. The board shows the base you are viewing, so a raid from one base does not advance another's quests.

Referrals

Your referral code is on your Profile, with a share link of the form https://play.pixelkingdomwars.com/?ref=KEEP-XXXXX.

What your friend gets

Everyone can play without a code. A friend who opens your link is connected to you automatically after sign-in, or can enter your code in Profile. A player can have only one referrer, and you cannot refer yourself. There is no limit on how many friends can use your code.

What you get

Each qualified and active referral adds +0.5% to your mining quota; bonuses add up with no cap at playtest scale. A referral qualifies once your friend:

  1. owns an active, paid Land Deed, and
  2. has that base's Keep at level 3 or higher.

The bonus counts while the friend is active — seen in the game in the last 7 days and still holding a paid deed. If they go quiet, your bonus from them pauses; when they return, it resumes. Referrals also earn tester points — see Playtest and the tester program.

The 14-day window

A referral can only be recorded within 14 days of your friend's account creation. Link codes are remembered through sign-in; you can also enter a code under PROFILE → OPTIONAL REFERRAL CODE → USE during that window. Referrals stay with the wallet if a deed is sold.

In-game mail

The MAIL inbox is private to your wallet. Messages come only from the game or the team; there is no player-to-player mail.

  • Info mail carries text only.
  • Reward mail carries up to 3 attachments: KEEP, SHARDS or a few approved consumables. Tap CLAIM: KEEP goes to your wallet balance; SHARDS and items go to a base you choose.
  • Reward mail expires 30 days after delivery.
  • Mark mail read, archive it and page through the archive.

The playtest welcome letter with its KEEP gift arrives when you found your first base.

Global chat

The global chat panel with recent messages

There is one global chat channel; there is no clan chat or direct messaging — the community uses Discord for that.

Reading: anyone signed in can read. Posting needs a username, an active paid Land Deed, and not being muted.

RuleValue

Maximum lines4
Not allowedlinks, markup, control characters

You can block an author and report a message with a reason (up to 10 reports a day). The team reviews reports and can remove messages and mute accounts. Each message shows the author's name, avatar and Seeker badge where it applies.

Clans

Clans are not open yet. The CLANS screen says CLANS — COMING SOON: clan warfare arrives as a major update, and existing clans and their chests are preserved.

The clan screen with the COMING SOON banner
Fig. 4Clans are coming.
  • Founding and joining are switched off for now.
  • The screen shows a read-only FOUNDING CLANS list, ranked by members' combined trophies. Viewing it needs land.
  • Clans founded before the pause keep their roster; members can still leave.
  • The weekly clan chest is not filling from raids at the moment.
  • The Clan Hall is a real building and a raid target, but building one does not put you in a clan.
  • Clan membership stays with your wallet if you sell a deed.

Profile: names and avatars

The profile screen with username, avatar and referral code
Fig. 5Your profile.
  • Names: 3–16 characters — letters, digits, _ and -, starting and ending with a letter or digit; unique regardless of capitals; one change every 30 days. You need a name to chat. Verified Seekers can use their .skr domain (up to 24 characters).
  • Avatars: JPEG, PNG or WebP up to 8 MiB, turned into a 256×256 picture. It appears on your map marker, next to your chat messages and on your profile.

More on Wallets and sign-in.

Leagues and leaderboards

Your profile shows your Keep level and league, set by cumulative trophies that never reset:

LeagueTrophies
Bronze0+
Silver10+
Gold50+
Sol150+

Only active, paid, deed-minted bases are ranked, and a league place belongs to the base. Weekly rewards are SHARDS and items only — never KEEP; see Raids and loot. Tap the trophy chip on the HUD for RANKED LEAGUES. The separate tester leaderboard ranks playtesters by points, not trophies.

Notifications

Turn notifications on in PROFILE → NOTIFICATIONS. The game can then tell you when your base was raided, when a building or upgrade finishes, when troops finish training and when mail arrives — even with the game closed. Notifications are bundled so you are never flooded: at most 12 an hour.
